We’re excited to have you with us and look forward to an amazing weekend of community, culture, and coastal energy. To ensure a smooth and efficient setup experience, please review and follow the protocol below

EVENT HOURS: 7AM TO 5PM EACH DAY

Arrival & Setup:
Event begins promptly at 7:00 AM each day.
Arrive early to allow time for drop-off and setup.

Parking Information:
Please note: We do not provide parking.
The Ocean Beach Pier parking lot will be fenced off and used exclusively as a vendor loading and unloading zone—not for parking.
We strongly encourage all vendors to drop off materials quickly and then immediately find parking in surrounding public lots or street parking.

Vendor Spaces:
Your exact booth location will be marked on the event map. (Event Map posted below)
Event staff will be on-site to assist with finding your spot and directing traffic during setup.

Guidelines & Expectations:
Please stay within the boundaries of your assigned space.
Keep walkways clear and follow all posted safety protocols.
Help us keep the venue clean by properly disposing of waste in designated bins.

Vendor Briefing:
A short vendor meeting will take place at 6:45 AM at the main entrance each day.
Your attendance is encouraged to ensure you’re up to speed on event logistics and updates.
